Shipping policy

Every effort is made to ship your purchase as quickly and as reliably as possible. Erin Lee Creative primarily ships via the USPS, but other major shipping modalities may be used at times. 

If you're missing a purchase, please allow 7 business days from receiving your confirmation of shipment to allow for potential delays. After that, please email us at support@erinleecreative.com and include your purchase details and tracking number.

We try very hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and provide options for different levels of shipping. Many of our customers are international crafters, and this may increase the cost of shipping slightly. Please know that we are constantly monitoring shipping charges and looking for the best situation for our customers. And, remember that any order over $150 will automatically receive free shipping at checkout!
