Out of stock products
If there is a product that is out of stock, please be sure to click on "notify me when back in stock". As soon as I input inventory, you will get an email if you are on the notify me list for that product! If you wait, I cannot promise it will still be there.
There are some instances where I allow for purchasing an item when it is out of stock when I know I have more coming or they are on the way! I will always update the description as clear as possible with an estimated date of arrival.

How do you receive the new subscriber discount?
Once you sign up with your email, you should get an email with a new customer code, good for one time use. The discount does not automatically apply when you checkout, you must use the unique code. Please do not abuse the system and use it more than once. Thank you!What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary by your location. Shipping is determined by weight. Packages that weigh over 14 ounces must go USPS Priority and in most instances, ELC uses padded flat rate envelopes.
First class shipping rates – start at $3.85
Priority flat rates – start at $8.75
USPS pricing is always changing and can change without notice. I will try and update this page often.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates vary. Once you add items to your cart, the system will calculate shipping costs based on where you are located. Please allow an additional 3 days processing time for international orders.
Also please note, I cannot change the customs form to alter prices. This is something my website does automatically. Thanks for your understanding!
Do you have any coupon codes?
Coupon codes are posted at the discretion of ELC. Typically they cannot be combined together or used in conjunction with free shipping discount. Coupon codes cannot be used with special kits or other sale items. You must apply the discount code upon checkout. We cannot guarantee to credit back your PayPal after you checkout.
What is your angel policy?
You are more than welcome to use creations you have made with ELC products for your private sales.
