You Are Loved Card By Cheryl

Hello, friends, Cheryl here.  I hope today is sunshiny where you are.  Today I’m sharing a card made with lots of products from Erin Lee Creative.  I love the variety and the way they can mix and match to create all sorts of different looks.

This card uses the Houndstooth Stencil, the Sketched Florals stamp set, and the Hummingbird Love stamp set (which has the best sentiments!).

First I sponged some grey ink on grey cardstock with the Houndstooth Stencil for a tone-on-tone look.  My mom used to have an amazing grey, peplum, houndstooth suit which she made herself and wore as her wedding day “getaway” outfit in 1952.  She even let me wear the pencil skirt when I was a teenager in the ‘80s, and it was so cute.  So I just love the look of this stencil in the background.

Next I used Copics to color in those lovely flowers, with just a little bit of gold sparkle in the centers.  I topped it off with this sentiment which I reach for often.

The best thing about Erin Lee Creative supplies is that there is something for everyone, no matter your style.
