Stencils and vellum.

So this is one of my favorite techniques as of lately. STENCILS! They are so fun. I picked up this Hero Arts bubble confetti stencil at the Scrapbook Expo, so it was time to break it in.

I heat embossed with Versamark and pink Zing embossing powder, then blended Tim Holtz Distress inks for a bokeh look. I then heat embossed the Unity sentiment in black on a vellum speech bubble die cut and adhered it to the card base with a skinny washi tape.
