Christmas Jumbo Shaker Tags - Design Team Mondays!

Hello friends! Today I’m up at Erin Lee Creative sharing these two shaker tags requested by one of my family members. For this project I’m featuring the Holiday Blue Jay Stamp, a Hex Stencil and a fuse tool.

I started by coloring a panel of Strathmore Bristol with Tombow Dual Brush Markers in shades of blues. Then using a wet brush I gave this panel a watercolor look and let it dry.

Once it was dry, I placed the Hex Stencil on top and I applied WOW! Embossing Pad and heat embossed it with WOW! Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing Glitter. The picture doesn’t do it justice but in real life it shines gorgeously.

Next, I created a pocket for the panel using a fuse tool. Also, I added some stars and sequins inside the pocket. Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment using WOW! Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder over a piece of vellum and put it inside the pocket using glue.

For my second card I repeated the same steps I did with card number one. For this shaker I used Tombow Dual Brush Markers in shades of greens and yellows.
